You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a refund. A 25% restocking fee will apply. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Otherwise, the customer has to pay box return shipping charges that will not be refunded. You must contact us to get a return authorization number and shipping address before you can return the product to us. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

As a result, occasional picture disruption, audio delays, temporary channel unavailability, or short-term service interruptions may occur. Such issues are inherent to broadcast technology and do not constitute grounds for a refund.

Channel line-ups may change at any time, and Real TV does not guarantee the continued availability of any specific channel, programme, event, or category.

Temporary technical faults do not entitle customers to refunds, credits, compensation, account extensions, or partial refunds.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their home equipment is suitable for receiving the service, including their television set, set-top box, wiring, and any required broadband connection. Faults arising from customer equipment, poor home setup, or their internet provider’s performance (where applicable) are not eligible for refunds.

While Real TV will take reasonable steps to restore service as quickly as possible, no compensation is provided for service downtime or missed scheduled broadcasts.

No Compensation for Missed Live Programmes

Real TV does not offer compensation, credits, extensions, or refunds for missed live programmes, sports events, or other broadcasts.

Unless expressly included in a customer’s package, Real TV does not provide catch-up, recording, playback, or on-demand storage features. Missing a programme for any reason, including technical delay or unavailability, does not qualify for compensation.

Fair Use & Third-Party Providers

Real TV obtains certain broadcast feeds, channels, and content from third-party providers. As these sources are not under our direct control, interruptions or changes arising from third-party networks do not qualify for refunds or compensation.

Customers acknowledge that Real TV is provided on an “as available” basis, and service quality may vary depending on network conditions, broadcast partners, or third-party distribution systems.
